"You ready?" this is what i can only hear to Noe, my workmate who seemed to get close to me recently. These words make my heart jumping for excitement all the time. well, yes, I am ready!! :)
It was a very fine Saturday morning. I and Blaire was heading to Peir 4 where we can take the ship going to Leyte with my ticket that was prepared by the mother of my good friend Noe. Thanks to his Mama, we were able to get a cheaper ticket. :)

one thing that makes this trip exciting are these people. i couldn't imagine to enter at the crew quarter.

after 6hrs of on boarding the ship and 3min. drive, we finally reach Brgy. Matapay, Noe's home town. The road is stud bumpy as we enter the brgy. and mind you there's no street lights, typically.
we're not that hungry when we got to the house where we stayed but when we saw the food on the table, we we're starving. but this, Oh! so Yummy!!

of course, our trip won't be complete without trying their local food.
they call it puto-mongo-sikwate. from the name it sself. Puto with mongo soup and sikwate (the dark one)
i actually don't like the combination of mongo taste and puto so i just had a spoon of it and gave it to noe and blaire.
